		<description>Hello Patty,
There are various products used for the bones. Personally, I use the angstrom minerals. But if someone does not have a laxative effect from magnesium, then the OsteoCalm is a very good product.
Aloha

		<description>Hello Sam,
There are cases of insomnia where people don&#039;t understand they are naturally lucid dreaming or even astral projecting and it scares them.
We cover many of the aspects of sleep and insomnia in Future Health Now! I&#039;m devoting most of my writing time to creating that program because it answers hundreds of questions about how to lead a healthy life.
Aloha

		<description>Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for these articles you are publishing, finaly There is someone who really care more about people then the bank account in this twisted medical industry.

Can you write an Article about insomnia and what actually causes it ??

There is a way I saw a person get himself cured from it by working on himself from the inside. The
guy name is Nicholas Newport and this is his web site: http://www.lucidology.com/blog/about/

In his site he was talking about lucid dreaming and how you can get straight to it from your awakining state.... I thought to share the information with your readers and may be someone will be interested to read more about it....

Personally, I use Lucid dreaming to cure phobias and nightmares and public speaking with different clients.... By trade I am certified hypnotherapist...

Thanks for all your help,

Sam Bitar</description>

		<description>Hi Carolyn,

At your suggestion, I&#039;ve been taking both Magnesium and Calcium for about 2 years in liquid form from H20 Minerals. It doesn&#039;t give me laxative problems but I just read your comment and wonder if I should be taking the other form you mention: Here&#039;s your comment:

# Dr. Carolyn Dean MD ND commented on March 8th, 2009 at 4:53 am...

Hello Alice,
It’s wonderful to hear that you are finally getting some sleep. The amount of magnesium to calcium should be more equal and will help your insomnia even more. I was just at Expo West speaking about magnesium. The Natural Calm company, Natural Vitality has a new calcium magnesium product called OsteoCalm. It has 500 mg of calcium and 600 mg of magnesium. It’s in liquid form which helps the absorption. I think it’s a good product and they are improving it all the time.

You would add the oil or gel only if you get a laxative effect with the OsteoCalm and haven’t achieved your desired hours of sleep. To avoid any laxative effect with OsteoCalm, you can break up the dosages to 2-3 times a day instead of taking it all at once.
Aloha

		<description>Hello Sonya,
If I had a client with your friend&#039;s symptoms I would be looking into Nattokinase--the safe blood thinner, Provide Powder--on my Resources page, Dr. Irene Grant&#039;s bedsore mattress: www.granthealingenvironment.com, and Grown by Nature supplements www.grownbynature.com.
