An Anti-Stress and Anti-Fungal Recipe: Raw Nut and Seed Pâté

Download a free copy of my favourite nut & seed pâté at the end of today’s post.

As promised in yesterday’s post, A Raw Food Diet Doesn’t Stay Raw for Long, I’m going to share with you my favorite pâté recipe — a rich source of vegetarian protein and essential fats.

You can spread this nut & seed pâté on tortilla or collard leaf and wrap it up with other vegetables. Thin it out with a little water and you got mayonnaise. Or stick to sunflower seeds or cashews for a convincing Alfredo sauce.

All the ingredients are high in my favourite anti-stress mineral, magnesium. The lemon juice detoxifies your liver. If you suffer yeast problems garlic’s anti-fungal properties should help. (In fact, garlic was used to prevent gangrene during World War I and II.)

How to Get Your Copy, Now: To download your copy of the recipe click the “Download Recipe” button below. You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (it’s free!) to read and print the file.

Please, pass the recipe onto any friend or family. If you have a website or blog you’re welcome to distribute it. Or just send people over here to download it (click the Share This button below). Thanks for spreading the word!

P.S. You can make a big batch of the pâté and store it in the fridge. It doesn’t spoil easily thanks to the garlic.

P.P.S. Let me know what you think of the recipe. Please leave your comments in the comment box below…
