Thought I should report that I found when our cook made the recipe she accidentally used a TABLEspoon of salt, instead of a TEAspoon. Explains why we found it so salty.

Thanks for your comment Robert. It's great to hear that my magnesium book is being read on the Isle of Man, and better still, that magnesium is being ingested!
Aloha

Thank you this looks very appetising, I love macabee nuts they are yummy, but they can often take a while for me to munch, so the pate is a great thing, especially the way you presented it here, again I am very impressed I shall forward it to pops on Isle of Man if that's cool. I gave him the Magnesium Miracle book about eight months ago, along with three yellow boxes of magnesium. It said on the cover that they specifically for women when pregnant, we all know better though, right.

Hi John,
Thanks for the feedback. The pate is not usually eaten alone but with other foods that may be more bland, so the extra sea salt comes in handy. But people can take note to use less salt in the recipe and add more to the final dish as needed.
Aloha

We just had our nanny/cook make the recipe. We're going to have it with some tortillas and (cooked!) zucchini at a dinner tonight. Tastes (and smells) quite good. Too much salt, maybe, but we'll see how it is in the sandwiches.
