Last week, as you know (unless you’re a new reader or your brain suffers from a severe lack of omega-threes) I announced the eight runner-up submissions in the name-my-online-health-program contest. You, my supportive readers, voted.

We tallied up the results and saw a very close tie between two entries. So we’ve decided to run a second survey eliminating all other entries.

Out of the following two submissions for my 48-week health program, I’d like to know which one you prefer…

First Finalist: Seven Pillars

This title aptly describes the way I’ve broken up the program into seven different sections:

1. Eating for Vitality
2. Energizing Exercise
3. Rejuvenating Sleep
4. Super Nutrients
5. Empowering Environment
6. Personal Care
7. Mind Over Body

"Seven Pillars" makes for a nice short name you can easily remember and tell all your friends, family, co-workers (nudge, nudge), bus driver, postman and the Jehovah’s Witness when they come to your door.

"Seven Pillars" also resounds of a cool Hollywood movie title.

Seriously… "Pillars" support large structures. Everybody needs strong "pillars" of consistent healthy actions and thoughts to support your body and mind through the many challenges of existence on planet earth (we’ll be releasing a version for Martians on a later date).

The second choice…

Second Finalist: Future Health Now!

I believe, a hundred years from today, my program will be the type of "prescription" the doctors of the future will give to their patients.

Sadly, such a paradigm shift may not happen within our lifetimes.

Why wait for the government to smarten up, the conventional medical system to stop selling out and for the alternative health networks to finally stop contradicting each other? That could take 12 more generations!

"Future Health Now!" reflects the opportunity to be decades (or centuries) ahead of a snails-paced paradigm shift. Be forerunners for the new paradigm, now.

P.S. One lady who reviewed the first module said she’d happily pay $80/month for the program. Don’t worry, though, I won’t charge anything close to $80 a month. I’d rather make this accessible to all budgets.
