		<description>For years I&#039;ve taken a magnesium 400 mg cap most days to prevent muscle cramps (in my case mostly due to an indiscriminate and magnesium-depleting diet). My guess is that the gastroesophageal clamping shut Jeff experienced may be similar in nature, though not necessarily in cause.</description>

		<description>I know one thing is that magnesium is recommanded  for joints pain because we don&#039;t get enough magnesium  now in our nouriture, in the case of Jeff I think they give him a teaspoon or tablespoon of magnesium even he was stuck and this product open the oesophagus and save him.</description>
