For years I could never understand why I was always sick with a cold or flu that I could never get rid of between Thanksgiving and New Years! I had an annual flu shot for 13 years and always came down with some variation of it. I don't blame the shot but how I suppressed my own immune system with bad eating. I stopped the Holiday sweets and the flu shots 4 years ago and noticed a huge difference.
