I just joined the future health now! program and I am soooo excited to be privy to intelligent information that is so practical for our lives. I appreciate knowing about the tomato sauce also because I can't tell you how many times I've done that. However, I have not yet gotten food poisioning from it and I hope that I never will! Now that I'm not ignorant to the facts on it. Thank you so much for helpful information once again Dr. Dean!

If one develops food poisoning, or Montezuma's Revenge from questionable water, even E. Coli or Salmonella-related poisoning, clove powder kills the culprits very quickly. Clove powder placed in capsules are a wonderful addition to your health tool chest!

Hi Carolyn,
We haven't used a commercial sauce for some time as it never tastes homemade or has a tinny flavour is it was in a can.
This is our spaghetti sauce recipe that is put together as the the pasta is being made.
Simmer some garlic, onions in a pan in a bit of coconut butter or butter.
Brown meat (1 lb. ground turkey, chicken, beef, venison etc. )Drain off excess oil.
Add the garlic and onions. ( sometimes fresh peppers added for a change of flavour )
Add 4-6 tomatoes ( Roma are the best to use but any work.)
Grated parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with sea salt or Herbavare/ pepper.
Simmer till you the pasta is ready or longer if you want.
Serve over pasta, rice etc.
Toss on hot chile pepper if you like some heat.
Tossed green salad and garlic bread... make it .
If you want to use grated nuts instead of meat , makes for a nice change.
You may not want to have spaghetti for awhile having had the purging experience you did. When you feel like a bit of pasta, this is an easy substitute . It can be altered according to ;how many guests you are serving.
This may solve the worry about storing excess... freezes well too.
Enjoy !
Have to add our fridge has never been so well studied for culprits.

Hi Dr. Dean, I just subscribed last night to your Future Health Now. I haven't even had a chance to download anything yet but your email this morning gave me info I am guilty of. I usually open a jar of tomato sauce & put the rest in the frig and then don't use it for quite a while. Generally, it gets thrown out so I'm so glad to have this info. From now on, I'll either use it all, freeze it or dump it. Thanks so much. Look forward to start reading your modules. Joanne
