		<description>Concerning your article about magnesium and sleep, I have difficulties whenever I have more than 400mg of magnesium.  I tried taking 800mg for awhile and it always causes diarrhea...Is this normal??  I have read your book and would like to take more magnesium.  Thanks.</description>

		<description>Your statement is such a great one that many people do not think about, &quot;purchasing their highly processed herbs, vitamins and minerals.&quot; These days in my opinion we really need to get your vitamins, minerals, oils and proteins from whole food supplements, organic veggie juices, grasses, grass fed, free range cattle or chicken ( if you do eat meat) etc...and learn to read your labels carefully. thanks as always Carolyn...great info! paul   ps. a great book to read is Weston Prices, Nutrition and physical degeneratiion</description>
