Hey Carolyn I don't know if I mentioned this but my pops doc is now scripting him magnesium for his diabetes. Seen my doc last week he said he never heard the likes. But he did ask me to send him some details. I recanted saying you must have read The Magnesium Miracle. He said thats good and that he will sort it out. At first he tried to brush it of as mumbo jumbo. I expect the next time we meet he will thank me for something and that also maybe we can come to some agreement to as what or why I also get a magnesium script. I also mentioned the jelly space for limbs, oh an I mentioned the legend of you, hope you don't mind. Its just your right it helps sleep and its a healthy morning and night cap.

I actually have a couple of questions regarding magnesium. When you talk about taking 500mg.of magnesium, for example, are you talking about a 500mg. tablet of some formulation suchas magnesium citrate, or are you talking about 500mg. of elemental magnesium?

Also, I seem to require a lot of magnesium to keep palpitations, (both skipped beats and rapid beats), under control. I have read that you have a similar problem with palpitations from time to time. So, I am curious to know what formulation of mg., you take, and what amount.

Thank you - I love your website!

Hello Nancy,
Thanks for the update. Yes, it's so well absorbed it doesn't have any laxative effect on the bowels. Some people add an oral magnesium pills or powders just for that benefit.
Aloha

Hello Jaya,
About the poor absorption of some magnesium sources. Yes, I write a lot about transdermal magnesium in my book, "The Magnesium Miracle".
And in my new eBook "How to Change Your Life with Magnesium", http://www.pacificfit.net, I add information about angstrom magnesium which is 100% absorbed.
Aloha

I wonder what you think about the tip given by
some natural health info sites that magnesium
is not that well absorbed orally, and that it is
more effective to get magnesium transdermally
using magnesium oil or gel? I've seen that
suggestion many times...

My 90 year old Mom & I have been taking H20 Lig.
4 x magnesium 2 Tbsp. for 3/4 year. Fantastic, love
it.
I just got a case of 12 Lg Bottles to stock up. Help
us sleep great, not leg cramps, more relaxed. There
is only one problem with it over the Magnesium Taurate,
the liquid absorbs so well, that it does not give you
the the help with elimination, so just make sure to
eat more fiber.
