Around noon, on Saturday, I arrived at Mike Adams’ Healing Miracles event (in Aliso Viejo, California). Afterward, we all felt way too healthy so we went to McDonald’s where Adams won the “Who Can Eat the Most Chicken McNuggets” contest. I won the – Wait, sorry… it looks like a blog post from an alternate universe slipped through — where Mike’s the “The Death Ranger” (instead of The Health Ranger) and I’m the “The Margarine Queen” (instead of the Magnesium Queen)… In this reality we all went to 118 Degrees — an organic restaurant where nothing is heated above 118 degrees. At the Healing Miracles event: This was actually the first time I met Mike Adams (after years of reading his editorials at NaturalNews.com.) He’s a charming, radiant and balanced young man who gave a great talk on the placebo effect. I enjoyed a wonderful greeting from Charlotte Gerson (gerson.org). At 88 she is radiant and full of life. She continues to spread the work of her father, Dr. Max Gerson, who cured thousands of chronic diseases with intensive juicing and coffee enemas. Dr. Julian Whittaker (drwhitaker.com), in practice for 41 years, also spoke at the event. He explained how he recently had to go on an intensive fast to get off his own blood pressure medications! And I spoke on why “a nice girl like me” wrote Death by Modern Medicine. Here are some photos from the event (click to enlarge)… Next week I speak at at the The Health Freedom Expo. Stay tuned! P.S. I’ll be back in Maui by April. People are already booking telephone consults. If you’d like some one-on-one guidance please click here to reserve a spot. P.P.S. If you missed my account of last weekend’s Natural Health Products Expo check out: When I Was a Teen Supplement Companies Didn’t Exist. P.P.P.S. Thank you for the outpouring of birthday wishes. I just wish I was able to answer you all personally. Mahalo from my heart. |
