A friend who consulted with me in 1981 is now a member of Future Health Now! Here’s what he recently shared with me about his experiences with the program. He said “Wow, Carolyn. Thank You! I feel as big a change as I did in 1981 coming on!” Since he joined, he’s had: “Lots more dreams since I started using the blindfold.” However, “The old Italian lady next door thinks I’m mad walking backwards in my driveway.” About the psyllium seed powder and the proper way to sit on the toilet, he said “I think you’re on the right track with more fiber, in general “Natural Man” shat about 8 times the volume we do, did he not?” I told him that was more than I knew or even wanted to know! His favorite module was on Liver Snacking. Just by skipping the snacks and letting his liver take over he’s lost 3 pounds going into the second week. Without even trying. Here’s an interesting point about snacking. As my friend says so well “I haven’t been hungry for 30 years because I thought I had hypoglycemia and drank an oat milk, rice milk or almond milk between meals AND snacked often – especially at night!” He commented that “I had kinda realized something was all wrong when I had “pre-diabetic” blood sugar on my last blood test.” I remember a time when everyone seemed to have hypoglycemia. Well, it turns out that you may not “need” to eat 6 meals a day.
