I know Kerry just gave birth, so you can be sure that she will be addressing how to safely take off your baby-weight.Pregnancy does contribute to weight gain but everyone is at risk. I think we keep eating and eating and eating to try to get enough minerals from the food to power our cells. But since our food supply is utterly depleted of minerals we just eat more calories and gain weight without getting the nutrients your body requires.
When I decided to write “Magnesium The Weight Loss Cure,” for Natural News, at first, I was joking, but the more I looked into the power of my ReMag, the more I realized it was true. When I talk about weight loss I also bring in my multi mineral product ReMyte, with its 9 minerals for the thyroid. The thyroid is very much stressed during pregnancy and all mothers need the support of their thyroid minerals.
Weight loss wouldn’t be complete without a yeast-free diet and possibly a yeast detox. The diet for yeast overgrowth is sugar-, gluten-, and dairy-free. All three foods contribute to weight gain. So, instead of just focusing on avoiding one – I say you can get much more traction by avoiding all three.
Yeast toxins, medication toxins, heavy metal toxins, environmental toxins all factor in weight gain because the body will try to dilute these toxins by retaining fluid in the body. Also, toxins will be shunted to fat cells in order to take them out of circulation to protect the sensitive areas of the body – especially the brain. When people are on a weight loss/yeast free diet, besides minerals, I recommend ReAline for a gentle and long-term detox.
The “psychological” factors of weight gain have to do with building up layers of fat for “protection.” Counseling, that doesn’t involve anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication may be helpful to build confidence for “protection” instead.
