A Nobel Prize For Hope?

January 11, 2017

For a time, I thought my Completement Formulas were providing people with results but mostly a sense that there was hope in an otherwise hopeless quest to feel better. I’ve upgraded that notion to a realization that my formulas are saving lives! To help more people who want to take charge of their health, on Jan 12, 2016, I’m launching my Total Body ReSet program. Here’s the latest report from a customer who says my products have changed her life so much that she wants to nominate me for a Nobel Prize!

Healthy, Wealthy, and Slim Summit

January 3, 2017

Sandy Shofner, as part of her own learning curve about health, dove into the summit world and invited 20 experts to share their advice and wisdom. Sandy is a real estate agent in Alaska where I think she could sell igloos to the Inuit, she is so energetic and persuasive! Sandy doesn’t have a private nutritional practice yet, but she’s testing the waters with her Healthy, Wealthy and Slim Summit that launches Jan 9, 2017.

Junk is Junk!

December 24, 2016

Apparently the “experts” still don’t know whether sugar is good or bad for you!! In a recent Medscape article “Junk Science or Junk Food? Experts Debate Sugar Guidelines,” they say that the guidelines on dietary sugar “do not meet the criteria for trustworthy recommendations for reasons that include low-quality evidence and inconsistent advice.” This review, […]

America’s Other Drug Problem

December 21, 2016

“’America’s Other Drug Problem’: Copious Prescriptions for Hospitalized Elderly” is the title of an Aug 30, 2016 Medscape article. You get the gist from the title and it’s a problem that I’ve been writing about for years. As I’ve said many times, when I was in medical school, we were given a healthy respect for powerful medications and told to use them for as short a time as possible. Nowadays most doctors believe in polypharmacy and expect patients to take a handful of drugs for life, many of them as “preventive” measures.

Evidence for Nutraceuticals Treating Diabetes

December 16, 2016

Diabetes is the most searched-for health condition on the web today. Millions of people are trying to find out what it is and how to overcome it. However, modern medicine doesn’t have time to educate people about lifestyle and modern doctors know nothing about the minerals that help prevent diabetes. Instead, they prescribe drugs to force the pancreas to produce more insulin, to try and make cells allow glucose to enter. Having been bombarded with too much insulin already, these cells are insulin resistant and won’t accept any more glucose. Thus, the cells starve and no energy is produced and the blood stream is saturated with sugar. Magnesium deficiency is a direct cause of insulin resistance.

Morley gives the link to a recent paper that I sent him by the highly credentialed magnesium expert, Dr. Andrea Rosanoff, from the Center for Magnesium Education and Research. The paper is called Magnesium Citrate and Ceruloplasmin Consumer Education and Overview.

ReCalcia is in the House!

December 5, 2016

I’m taking a moment from my endless editing of The Magnesium Miracle (2017) to announce the long-awaited arrival of ReCalcia. I’d also like to explain to people who may be “shocked” that I’m selling a calcium product after I’ve been so adamantly against calcium supplements for so long. Below is an excerpt from the updated Invisible Minerals Part II, which is now about ReMyte and ReCalcia. It will be available within a few days at RnA ReSet. Just look for ReCalcia on the cover along with ReMyte.

Don’t be Crushed by the Cold

November 30, 2016

On this Summit I spoke about Total Biology and The Conflict Basis of Disease – how emotional triggers and traumas cause the body to react on a physical level in the body’s attempt to solve the emotional conflict. As Dr. Claude Sabbah, the creator of Total Biology says, “Disease is the brain’s best solution to keep the person alive as long as possible.”
