MAGNESIUM RECOMMENDATIONS
ReMag: Pico-Ionic Magnesium
I have been recommending angstrom minerals for their high absorption rate. However, I'm now private labeling a Pico-Ionic form of magnesium that's a much higher potency at 60,000 ppm compared to 3,000 ppm in the angstrom form.
ReMag comes in 8oz. bottles at an average daily dosage of 300 mg per tsp (equaling 4 half-droppersful). The smaller bottles make it much easier to pack when traveling. 300 mg a day may seem like a low dose, however, since ReMag is 100 per cent absorbed at the cellular level, 300 mg may be all you require for your daily magnesium needs. Most other forms of magnesium may only absorbed a maximum of 17 per cent.
There is a long glass dropper in each bottle of ReMag . You can use the dropper and measure out a half teaspoon so you know how many droppers to take. Or you can remove the dropper and pour out the amount your want into a measuring spoon (half a tsp twice a day) and put it in a few ounces of water or juice or a smoothie.
Warning: You can swish ReMag in an ounce of water around in your mouth for healthy gums, but only if you have no mercury fillings in your teeth. Mercury reacts with other metals and minerals and can create a metallic taste.
Oral Magnesium

These liquid minerals are angstrom-sized and absorbed directly into our cells where they are needed. The mineral channels that allow minerals into our cells are 4-5 angstrom diameter. Most minerals are thousands of times bigger than that. Therefore they are not absorbed at the cellular level. Angstrom minerals are 100% absorbed at the cellular level making them 5 -10 times better absorbed than standard minerals.

DETOXIFICATION
LL's Magnetic Clay
 LL’s Magnetic Clay is a sodium bentonite clay for external use. The company has elaborate instructions for doing these baths using a pound of clay, which you can do…but it's way too complicated and uses too much clay and can clog up the drain. Which means you have to collect the clay after your bath and throw it in the garbage. Instead, simply blend up ½ to 1 cup of clay in your blender with lots of water and pour that into your footbath or tub. Soak for 30 min and shower off. Do a bath or footbath at least three times a week. You can do more if you have time. For internal detox, use LL’s calcium bentonite clay called Edible Clay (it’s high in magnesium).
