Download a free copy of my favourite nut & seed pâté at the end of today’s post.
As promised in yesterday’s post, A Raw Food Diet Doesn’t Stay Raw for Long, I’m going to share with you my favorite pâté recipe — a rich source of vegetarian protein and essential fats.
You can spread this nut & seed pâté on tortilla or collard leaf and wrap it up with other vegetables. Thin it out with a little water and you got mayonnaise. Or stick to sunflower seeds or cashews for a convincing Alfredo sauce.
All the ingredients are high in my favourite anti-stress mineral, magnesium. The lemon juice detoxifies your liver. If you suffer yeast problems garlic’s anti-fungal properties should help. (In fact, garlic was used to prevent gangrene during World War I and II.)

WARNING: This blog is not to be misconstrued as medical advice. It’s up to you to make the decisions about your own health. I have zero staff and I cannot answer personal health questions by email. However, please send general questions that I may be able to answer in my blog. But first, google my name with the condition you are inquiring about and see if I’ve already addressed it somewhere on the web.
P.S. You can make a big batch of the pâté and store it in the fridge. It doesn’t spoil easily thanks to the garlic.
