Robert Scott Bell and I have been friends for many years. He’s a compassionate homeopath, educational consultant for Natural-Immunogenics, and a “take no prisoners” radio show host of the Nationally Syndicated “RS Bell Radio Show.” His byline is “The Leading Voice of Health Freedom and Liberty!”
Robert spoke at the Health Freedom Expo in Long Beach March 27, 2010 and hosted the Health Freedom Panel for myself, Jonathan Emord, Mike Adams, Dr. Leonard Coldwell and Charlie Brown. When I spoke to Robert a few days ago he mentioned the latest fruit-loopin-crazy activity spawned by the FDA. It involves the legal right of Americans to have access to raw milk. You can listen to a 10-minute report by Robert on The Savage Nation radio show.
Here’s what Robert Scott Bell says. The FDA has banned interstate sale of raw milk, even though raw milk rarely becomes contaminated. A group, supporting consumer rights to purchase nutrient-rich foods, filed a lawsuit against the federal government regarding this ban. What does the FDA say? They say that nobody has the right to choose what to eat or drink. Just try to wrap your head around the following statement by the FDA.
On page 26 of their answer to the consumer lawsuit.
“There is no deeply rooted historical tradition of unfettered access to foods of all kinds…Plaintiff’s assertion of a fundamental right to their own bodily and physical health, which includes what foods they do and do not choose to consume for themselves and their families is similarly unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food they wish.”
On page 27:
“Americans do not have a fundamental right to enter into private contractual agreements with one another.”
Robert says the FDA is obviously telling you to: Eat what we tell you. Buy ONLY what we allow. Swallow the genetically-modified crops and irradiated American and international GM and pesticide-laded synthetic food that we approve of. And like it.
It’s not just about raw milk but this is where the battle lines are being drawn for our right to choose our own food. You can go to the Organic Consumer’s Association to learn more.
