Magnesium is a genuine muscle relaxant so it only makes sense that you can use it as a massage oil. Magnesium chloride supersaturated in distilled water is called magnesium oil. It’s not really an oil but it has a bit of an oily feel. I wrote about it in IBS for Dummies because it’s a way to get magnesium into your body without causing a laxative effect.
One massage therapist asked why some of her (mainly women) clients are so “very, very tight (and sore), with little muscular fluidity and it’s damn hard and long work to get some elasticity into the muscles manually.” She wondered if magnesium deficiency is also signified by tight adhered muscles. I told her that it is.
I get reports from massage therapists who use diluted magnesium oil every day on their clients. They have great results with fibromyalgia, muscle cramps and muscle tension.
A combination of tension, toxins and too little magnesium in the diet has turned many of us into spinning tops of tension. That’s why I recommend magnesium oil to relax your muscles and clay baths to draw out toxins. You can get both products from LL’s Magnetic Clay.
Here are the directions for clay detox baths. Simply blend up 1/4 to 1/2 cup of clay in your blender with lots of water and pour that into your foot bath or tub. Soak for 30 min and shower off. Do a bath or foot bath at least three times a week, more if you have time.
My latest eBook, How To Change Your Life With Magnesium will give you more information about magnesium oil and how to use it. This book is a very inexpensive way to find out all you want to know about magnesium to make your life even better than it is now!
About the magnesium oil, I want to warn you that you should dilute the oil so that it doesn’t burn or tingle your skin. Or you can use it and then wash it off. l spray my whole body with magnesium oil and after a half hour have a shower. It takes 20-30 minutes for most of the magnesium to be absorbed, then you can remove the slippy slidy stuff and get on with your day.
