A recent journal review reminded me how common back pain is in the general population. Researchers declared that most adults suffer low back pain at some point during their lives. The cost to U.S. taxpayers runs into the tens of billions and creates 2.63 million annual emergency room visits. A third of patients receive some sort of X-ray, CT scan or MRI. And two thirds of patients are given strong pain medication. No mention was made of magnesium, chiropractic manipulation, massage, or physical therapy.
With so many people suffering back pain, it’s good to have a plan in mind to prevent and treat this common condition. I start with magnesium—oral, transdermal and in baths. Then I move to physical therapy and specific exercises from Jesse Cannone.
I wrote about back pain in June, 2010, The Back Feels What the Back Feels. My recommendation then and now is for you to review Jesse’s Lose the Back Pain System. Why not make it a holiday present for yourself or your friends and family.
Jesse suffered excruciating pain and was on the brink of knee surgery before he realized what he could do for himself. As a fitness trainer he decided to take matters into his own hands and designed a program for himself that, over the years, he’s turned into an excellent back pain treatment for the public.
For more information you can also pick up Jesse recently updated book. It’s free. 7-Day Back Pain Cure You just pay shipping.
