Perhaps you think I’m joking. Not at all. Whales are constantly immersed in seawater which contains 1300 ppm, second only to sodium at 11,000ppm. By the way, calcium is only present in 400ppm. That’s one of the many reasons why I would like people to take more magnesium than calcium.

But I stared this post to tell you about my whale watching adventure last week with Blue Water Rafting in a very tiny boat holding about 18 people, including my friend Kelly. The whales were everywhere, beside us, around us and under us in great pods of males fighting for the attention of several females. In retrospect it was probably scary but I was too excited to notice.

However, when I went for a swim later that day, both my feet cramped up. For me, a sure sign of magnesium deficiency. Then I realized that the stress of my morning adventure had burned up my magnesium. So, just a heads up for you folks who are under stress that you may want to stock up on magnesium.

Here are some recent magnesium miracles I want to share with you.

1. A manager of a big natural products store said that he had personally watched three fellow employees get off a lifetime of medications merely by addressing their magnesium deficiency using Natural Calm.

2. On Facebook, someone gave a testimonial about magnesium and specifically Natural Clam. “I love Calm because I have Lyme Disease, which causes magnesium depletion, and it has helped me to manage my symptoms such as heart palpitations and muscle spasms.
