I had a wonderful conversation last week with Shann Vander Leek titled “What You Need to Know About Magnesium Deficiency & Anxiety.” Shann and her Anxiety-Slayer partner, Ananga Sivyer, are dedicated to “…help you feel more peace and tranquility in your life with anxiety release exercises and supportive tools created to slay your anxiety.”
As you will read in her wonderful overview, Shann and I talked about:
- The role of magnesium in our bodies
- How to tell if your body needs more magnesium
- How magnesium can help calm anxiety
- Why a balance of calcium and magnesium is important for good health
- What is at the root of magnesium depletion in our bodies
In our interview, I don’t think I even got around to mentioning my free Magnesium-Deficient Anxiety eBook or my ReMag, which is the best anxiety slayer I know. I say ReMag because some forms of magnesium may not work for you – since you may develop the laxative effect before you have the therapeutic effect you need to get at all the layers of chemicals, tissues and cells that can cause anxiety.
Because anxiety may not always just be about magnesium, in the book I outline fifteen case histories from people who have conquered their anxiety using ReMag along with my other formulas. Anxiety can also escalate into what I call Total Body Meltdown if it is treated with long-term medications. These drugs can further deplete magnesium and contribute to adrenal exhaustion, hypothyroidism, and chronic immune deficiency.
I also have a few more short testimonials from people who have turned their anxiety around with my formulas.
“Overall I’m feeling very well. My anxiety is better and my heart palpitations are really under control! I feel as if I have struck gold with your products.”
“The ReMag has helped me relax… I hardly get upset with anything anymore, and my anxiety and fears have almost disappear. I also sleep great.”
“I want to thank you for your great product line. Your Completement products rescued my husband from symptoms of severe anxiety and panic attacks.”
Please listen to the interview and read my book Magnesium-Deficient Anxiety and learn how you can turn your stressful life around.
