One terrifying story is of Mexican young people setting themselves on fire to protest the escalating drug wars in their country that have resulted in 43 student-teachers being murdered. The second is about the increasing numbers of doctor suicides as a result of them working helplessly and hopelessly in a drug-based medical system.
