What happens when you book

You tell us about the show.

One short form: the show, the format and length, the platform, the topic your audience cares about, and two or three dates and times that suit you. Two minutes, no account to create.

Savannah confirms a time.

Within two business days she confirms one of your dates, or offers the nearest alternatives, in your own time zone. The invitation lands in both calendars, with reschedule and cancel links. Want to talk it through first? A fifteen-minute call with her is offered once you send the form. It is optional.

The prep arrives before you record.

The reference for your subject, a question set built for the doorway you chose, and the media kit, all before you record. Audio-only, video and live all work, remotely.

Send the request

The show, the format and length, the platform, the topic your audience cares most about, and the dates and times that suit you. Savannah replies within two business days to confirm one, in your own time zone.

These details are used only to arrange the interview. Nothing else is sent unless you tick the box.

The usual things, settled

Everything that normally takes three emails to establish. If something you need is not here, put it in the notes with the request.

Format and length Audio-only, video, or live; solo interview or panel. Thirty to ninety minutes, and she is comfortable with long-form.
Recording platform Whatever you already run. She records on a professional microphone and webcam, wired connection, quiet room.
Location and time zone Hawaii (HST, UTC-10, no daylight saving). Morning HST works for US afternoons and European evenings; afternoon HST suits Asia-Pacific mornings. Every booking is confirmed in both time zones.
Lead time Two to three weeks is comfortable. Shorter is sometimes possible for a timely hook. A pre-interview call is fine if that is part of your process.
Promotion Episodes are shared with her newsletter list and across her channels. Send clips or graphics and they will be used.
Cost None. No appearance fee, no sponsorship requirement, and no affiliate arrangement attached to the interview.

Questions producers ask

Does she charge an appearance fee?
No. There is no fee and no sponsorship requirement. She appears because the education is the point.
Will she promote products on our show?
No. Her educational work is deliberately kept separate from the supplement company she founded, and she speaks in generic nutrient terms, magnesium, vitamin C, the B vitamins, rather than brand names. If a listener asks where to buy something, we would rather she point them at a book.
Is there any affiliate or commission arrangement?
Not attached to interviews. Booking her creates no financial relationship with you or your show, which keeps the episode straightforwardly editorial. Separately, and entirely optional, there is a partner programme on published terms for hosts who want a commercial relationship after the episode has run. It is never a condition of appearing, and it is never discussed on air.
How does the Hawaii time difference work in practice?
HST is UTC-10 and does not observe daylight saving, so the gap to the mainland shifts by an hour twice a year. In short: her mornings are your afternoons if you are in the US, and her afternoons suit Asia-Pacific. Every window Savannah proposes is written in both zones, and so is the invitation.
How much notice do you need?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. If you have a timely hook and a hole in the calendar, ask anyway; it is sometimes possible.
Can we get the books for our team or our audience?
Yes. Digital copies go to you and your producer at no cost, and something can be arranged for listeners if you want to run a giveaway.
What topics are off the table?
Nothing on the nutrient science. She will not diagnose or advise individual listeners on air, and she will not make treatment claims, both for regulatory reasons and because she does not think it is good medicine.
Can she come back for a follow-up?
Often, yes. Several shows run her as a recurring guest on different subjects, and each subject page ends with the one that follows from it.
What if our episode does not fit one of the subjects?
Send the request anyway and say so in the notes, or email first. The subjects on the hub are the ones she is actively booking, not the limit of what she can talk about. Knowing the subject up front is what lets us send the right question set and the right reference.
