The study in one document

On Maui, ten local residents, aged 34 to 79, followed a daily dietary supplement routine: the Seven-Formula Maui ReSet Bundle for six months. An independent lab, TruDiagnostic, measured each person’s blood, before and after, with an at-home finger prick test, that read biological age from the epigenetic patterns of methylation sites on their DNA. It also returned a standard panel of blood biomarkers. This document explains what those measures are, what they track, and what the group’s data showed.

These are observed, cohort-level trends from a small pilot, not proof of efficacy. The paper gives you every one of them with the table it came from, so you can see exactly how far each number does and does not go.

What the study set out to track

In this Pilot Study, we are tracking age, but also health data that shows strong indications that unique and well-absorbed dietary supplements may actually help to solve the health care crisis. The Formulas include four minerals that are stabilized ions, which makes them highly absorbable, as proven in our 2020 Purdue Study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7281967/. The vitamins are food-based, including low potency methylated Bs. The Omega-3 is algae-based to avoid contamination common in fish liver.
What is inside

Thirty-six pages, and the working shown

Measuring Aging is the full write-up of the pilot: what biological age testing actually reads, the daily routine ten people followed for six months, and every table behind the figures quoted across this site.

The concepts, in plain terms

What methylation, biological age and pace of aging actually measure, written to be understood without a science background.

Ten people, before and after

Each participant by pseudonym, with the readings the independent lab returned at both ends of the six months.

What was left uncontrolled

Diet, exercise and adherence were not supervised, and the paper says so. You get the limits along with the numbers.

Educational content describing structure and function. Not medical advice, and not a claim of efficacy.

Who else this paper is for

Most people who open this are reading it for themselves, and it is written to be read that way: the concepts first, then what was measured, then what ten people’s numbers actually did over six months — including the ones that went the wrong way. This paper should intrigue practitioners, clinic administrators, insurance companies, as well as the individual with this low-cost solution to health care.

Practitioners

The design, the methods and the participant tables in full, plus what was deliberately left uncontrolled, enough to judge the study on its own terms instead of taking a summary on trust.

Clinic administrators

What a six-month routine actually asked of ten people: the daily protocol, the testing at each end, and the adherence that was self-reported rather than supervised.

Insurance companies

Which biomarkers were tracked, how the group moved across them over six months, and what a low-cost nutrient routine involved in practice.
