Why the Longevity Trend Is Missing Minerals
Longevity is everywhere right now—but what most people don’t realize is how minerals for longevity are the missing foundation behind true health and lifespan. Across social media, biohacking communities, and trending hashtags like #LongevityHacks. From fasting protocols to GLP-1 weight loss drugs, people are searching for ways to live longer, feel younger, and optimize their health.
But most of these approaches focus on external “hacks,” not internal biology.
Here’s the missing piece: your body cannot create energy, repair tissue, or slow aging without essential nutrients.
After decades of research and clinical experience, I can tell you this with certainty: the body runs on nutrient building blocks—especially minerals. This is why minerals for longevity are not optional—they are foundational.
