Dosing the Maui ReSet Bundle

Exactly how to take the seven daily formulas: the mineral drink, the capsules, and how to build up slowly so it stays comfortable. Educational, structure-and-function guidance; always follow the label and your healthcare provider.

The daily routine is simpler than it looks: one mineral drink you sip through the day, and a few capsules you take with it. Start low, build up gradually over a week or two, and settle into a rhythm you can keep. Amounts below are the general daily targets used in the Maui ReSet; always follow the directions on each product label and check with your healthcare provider, especially if you take medications.

Step 1. Make your water base

Start with 1 quart of sea-salted water, using ¼ teaspoon of sea salt for every quart. Across the day, drink half your body weight in pounds as ounces of water: if you weigh 150 lbs, that is 75 ounces. Add Vitamin C ReSet® Berry Powder to the base first, then your liquid minerals. Sip it through the day rather than all at once, and use it to swallow your capsules.

The daily mineral drink

Dilute before consuming. Start low and slow.

Every liquid mineral goes into the sea-salted water, never straight from the bottle. Do not take ReMag®, ReMyte®, Pico Potassium® or Pico Zinc® Plus undiluted. Build each one up over 14 days rather than starting at the full amount.

The daily capsules

These two are capsules rather than liquids. Neither one is built up over 14 days.

Start low, go slow

All four liquid minerals build up gradually over 14 days. Begin ReMag at ¼ to ½ tsp and increase every few days toward 2 tsp. If stools become loose, ease back. That is simply your body’s signal, not a problem. ReMyte, Pico Potassium and Pico Zinc Plus build the same way over the same 14 days. Vitamin C ReSet is not built up: add one full scoop to the base first and adjust it to taste. Most people settle into a comfortable daily amount within two weeks.

Phase 2 additions (months 4 to 6)

Keep the seven-formula Maui ReSet Bundle going and add Omega-3 Algae A+E® (per label), Flora ReVive® (per label), and Pico Silver® (optional, per label) for the second half of the ReSet.

Dosing questions

Do I have to hit the full amounts on day one?

No. Start low and build up over 14 days, especially with ReMag. The goal is a comfortable, steady daily rhythm, not a race.

Do the minerals really all go in one bottle?

Yes. ReMag, ReMyte, Pico Potassium, Pico Zinc Plus, and Vitamin C ReSet Berry Powder go into one quart of sea-salted water that you sip through the day and use to swallow your capsules. None of them is taken undiluted.

What if I take medications?
