What are methylated B vitamins?

Methylated B vitamins are B vitamins already in the active form your body uses, such as methylfolate and methylcobalamin, instead of forms it has to convert first. ReAline^® uses this approach so the B vitamins are ready to support normal methylation and nervous system function.

Are methylated B vitamins better than regular B vitamins?

For many people they work about the same, but methylated forms are already active, so the body does not have to convert them first. That can matter for people whose bodies convert B vitamins less efficiently. ReAline^® uses methylated forms to support steady, everyday sufficiency.

Can methylated B vitamins cause anxiety?

Some people feel more alert or a little jittery when they first start, usually after a large dose or one taken late in the day. Starting with the labeled serving and taking it earlier in the day usually helps. Check with your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Will B vitamins lower my biological age?
