Common signs include muscle cramps or twitches, tension, trouble relaxing or sleeping, low energy, and irritability, since magnesium supports normal muscle, nerve, and energy function. Diet is the first place to look. If symptoms persist, check with your healthcare provider, as several things can cause them.

Does magnesium help you sleep?

Many people find it helps. Magnesium supports the normal nervous system function behind feeling calm and settled, which can make winding down easier. Is ReMag a liquid or a capsule?
