Common Questions

When should you take zinc?

Zinc is often best taken with a little food, since on an empty stomach it can cause mild nausea for some people. Timing matters less than consistency, so a daily routine works well. If you also take iron or calcium supplements, spacing them a couple of hours apart helps zinc absorb.

Why is zinc paired with copper?
